The objective is clear: to consistently ensure a higher-quality finish, regardless of the complexity of each part. <\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:post-content --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>What does the upgrade involve?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before application begins, the industrial painting system scans each part and generates a 3D geometric model. Based on that model, the DCM automatically identifies flat areas, curves, edges, and hard-to-reach zones, and adjusts the paint gun parameters in real time: application distance, angle of incidence, and paint flow rate. <\/p>\n<p>All of this happens automatically and continuously throughout the entire painting cycle, without manual intervention.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we achieve with this?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A more uniform and consistent coating on every part, even with the most demanding geometries.
