We have taken a step forward in our industrial painting line with a major upgrade to the DCM system. The objective is clear: to consistently ensure a higher-quality finish, regardless of the complexity of each part. <\/p>\n

What does the upgrade consist of?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before application begins, the industrial painting system scans each part and generates a 3D geometric model. Based on that model, the DCM automatically identifies flat areas, curves, edges, and hard-to-reach areas, and adjusts the paint gun parameters in real time: application distance, angle of incidence, and paint flow rate. <\/p>\n

All of this happens automatically and continuously throughout the entire painting cycle, with no manual intervention.<\/p>\n

What do we achieve with this?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A more uniform and consistent coating on every part, even for the most demanding geometries. Less variability in the process, better use of material, and, ultimately, a higher-quality, more consistent final finish. <\/p>\n
