At Hilex, we offer CNC sheet metal punching services—an efficient process for cutting, punching, and forming metal parts with high precision and repeatability.

Our machinery fleet includes 5 CNC punching machines capable of working with different thicknesses and types of sheet metal. Thanks to automation and numerical control, we guarantee tight tolerances, high production speed, and consistent quality in every part manufactured.

Sheet metal punching is particularly suitable for manufacturing parts in medium and large series, as it allows multiple operations—such as perforations, slotting, embossing, or forming—to be carried out on a single machine.

At Hilex, we offer high-precision waterjet cutting services for the manufacturing of technical parts and components. This process uses a high-pressure water jet to achieve clean, precise cuts without causing thermal deformation in the material. Waterjet cutting is an ideal solution for technical parts and metal fabrication projects, as it allows for processing various thicknesses and complex geometries while keeping the material’s properties intact.
