TECHNICAL DESIGN · TECHNICAL OFFICE
HILEX’s 360° Comprehensive Service begins at the design stage. The entity approaches industrial design with a production-focused approach, integrating from the outset the technical criteria that will define all subsequent development.
As an industrial design company, the entity focuses on ensuring technical feasibility, process optimisation, cost control and quality assurance.
TECHNICAL OFFICE · DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND INDUSTRIALISATION
Following the design stage, the Technical Office begins with industrial development, industrial design engineering and product development.
The entity transforms the initial concept into a technically viable solution ready for production.
The entity optimises machining operations and defines the entire process flow to ensure scalability, efficiency and control of the production flow.

PROTOTYPE · MANUFACTURING
Within the scope of the entity’s 360° Comprehensive Service, functional industrial prototypes are developed and validated in order to assess every detail under real conditions.
Drawings are analysed with a production-focused approach, tolerances and structural behaviour are verified, and technical tests are carried out to ensure industrial feasibility.
The prototype constitutes the basis for optimising processes, reducing risks and ensuring an efficient transition to series production.
MATERIALS AND PROCESSES
Once the prototype has been validated, the entity converts the development into industrial production with precision, control and maximum reliability.
Metal components and assemblies are manufactured ensuring dimensional compliance, repeatability and consistent quality, both in short runs and in larger-scale production.
The entity’s machinery fleet and the in-house integration of all processes—laser cutting, bending, CNC machining, welding and finishing—make it possible to guarantee production efficiency, traceability and compliance with the most demanding industrial standards.

MANUFACTURING
The entity works with all types of metallic materials such as steel, stainless steel, galvanised steel and aluminium, selecting each material according to the project’s structural, mechanical and corrosion-resistance requirements.
The entity’s technological capacity and experience in fine metalwork enable it to address complex geometries and metal assemblies intended for strategic industrial sectors, ensuring reliability, stability and performance in demanding environments.
As part of the entity’s 360° comprehensive service, the entity also designs, processes and manufactures in-house components in acrylics, plastics and wood. This makes it possible to offer complete solutions and assemblies in multiple materials, under the same technical standard, without external dependencies and with full control of the project.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
Within the scope of the entity’s 360° Comprehensive Service, assembly and installation ensure the complete and precise integration of each assembly. Following manufacturing, the fitting, alignment and functional verification of all components are carried out, ensuring technical consistency and operational reliability.
The entity’s industrial assembly process complies with the high requirements and quality standards of the most demanding sectors, enabling the delivery of fully finished solutions, ready for use or integration into production lines.
Logistics and distribution
The 360° Comprehensive Service is completed with an in-house logistics structure that guarantees efficiency, traceability and compliance with deadlines. The entity has 10,000 m² of warehouse space and manages in-house the storage, preparation, dispatch and distribution of finished products.
Each project has specific logistics planning, ensuring coordination, tracking and safe transport to its final destination. The entire chain—from design to delivery—is integrated under the same standard of control and technical responsibility.
