Machining and die making

We have a dedicated workshop for die making, machining, and polymer molds that complements our sheet metal transformation services. We design and create precision injection molds. We also perform machining for technical plastic parts in short or long series. We offer hybrid metal-plastic solutions for household appliances and industrial machinery.

PU sealing

In-situ applied foam gaskets (FIPFG – Formed In Place Foam Gasket) are a high-precision sealing solution based on the automatic dispensing of liquid or thixotropic polyurethane directly onto the part. The material expands in a controlled manner and adheres perfectly to the substrate, creating a continuous, uniform, and custom gasket for each geometry. This process ensures airtight and long-lasting seals, with superior protection against dust, moisture, and environmental agents. In addition, FIPFG technology enables full automation, eliminating manual variations and ensuring repeatable, precise, high-quality application on every component, resulting in greater efficiency and reliability of the final product.

Hydrographic printing

Hydrographic printing is a printing technique that transfers a design printed on a polyvinyl alcohol film or substrate onto different objects, thanks to the action of water, which provides the necessary pressure to bond the film to the object as it is immersed.

Filler (MIG/MAG)

We offer MIG welding services for 1/4/5/6 series aluminium, with 5356 or 4043 filler materials, and MAG welding for carbon steel, stainless steel and galvanised steel, ensuring precise joints and quality finishes. We work with thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 20 mm, adapting to the requirements of each project, from lightweight components to more complex structures.

TIG

Our TIG welding capability allows us to work with stainless steel, including duplex stainless, aluminum, and various aluminum alloys: 4043 silicon, 5356 magnesium, and 6082 structural aluminum. This versatility enables us to handle everything from prototypes to production runs for all types of sectors.

Resistance Spot Welding

Resistance spot welding allows sheets to be joined using pressure and electric current, without consumables or gases. This process is suitable for thin sheets of carbon steel, stainless steel (including duplex), and galvanizable materials, achieving fast and strong joints.

Robotic

We integrate state-of-the-art robotic welding systems that ensure high-quality, precise joints for demanding production processes. These processes are performed using MIG welding for aluminum, MAG for carbon steel, CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) technology—one of the most advanced solutions available—and spot welding for prototypes and mass production.

Laser

We utilize laser keyhole welding technology, a process that concentrates energy on a small point to achieve narrow, clean beads with minimal heat-affected zones. This technology enables high-quality joints and excellent surface finishes, reducing the need for post-processing. It is a widely used solution for visible parts where aesthetics are also a key factor.
