In-situ applied foam gaskets (FIPFG – Formed In Place Foam Gasket) are a high-precision sealing solution based on the automatic dispensing of liquid or thixotropic polyurethane directly onto the part. The material expands in a controlled manner and adheres perfectly to the substrate, creating a continuous, uniform, and custom gasket for each geometry.
This process ensures airtight and long-lasting seals, with superior protection against dust, moisture, and environmental agents.
