TECHNICAL DESIGN
HILEX’s 360º Comprehensive Service begins at the design phase. We approach industrial design with a production-oriented focus, integrating from the outset the technical criteria that will define all subsequent development.
As an industrial design company, we focus on ensuring technical feasibility, process optimization, cost efficiency, and quality assurance.
TECHNICAL OFFICE · DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, AND INDUSTRIALIZATION
Following the design phase, the Technical Office begins industrial development, industrial design engineering, and product development.
We transform the initial concept into a technically viable solution ready for production.
We optimize machining and define the entire process flow to ensure scalability, efficiency, and production flow control.

PROTOTYPE · VALIDATION AND ADJUSTMENT
As part of our 360º Comprehensive Service, we develop and validate functional industrial prototypes to evaluate every detail under real conditions.
We analyze blueprints with a production focus, verify tolerances and structural behavior, and conduct technical tests that ensure industrial feasibility.
The prototype serves as the foundation for optimizing processes, reducing risks, and guaranteeing an efficient transition to mass production.
MANUFACTURING
Once the prototype is validated, we transform the development into industrial production with precision, control, and maximum reliability.
We manufacture metal components and assemblies ensuring dimensional compliance, repeatability, and consistent quality, both for short runs and larger-scale production.
Our machinery fleet and the internal integration of all processes—laser cutting, bending, CNC machining, welding, and finishing—allow us to guarantee production efficiency, traceability, and compliance with the most demanding industrial standards.

MATERIALS AND PROCESSES:
We work with all types of metallic materials such as steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum, selecting each material based on the project’s structural, mechanical, and corrosion resistance requirements.
Our technological capacity and experience in fine sheet metalwork allow us to tackle complex geometries and metal assemblies for strategic industrial sectors, guaranteeing reliability, stability, and performance in demanding environments.
As part of our 360º comprehensive service, we also design, transform, and manufacture components in acrylics, plastics, and wood in-house. This allows us to offer complete solutions and assemblies in various materials under the same technical standard, without external dependencies and with total project control.

ASSEMBLY AND FITTING · INTEGRATION
Within our 360º Comprehensive Service, assembly and fitting ensure the complete and precise integration of each unit. After manufacturing, we perform the adjustment, alignment, and functional verification of all components, guaranteeing technical consistency and operational reliability.
Our industrial assembly process meets the high requirements and quality standards of the most demanding sectors, allowing us to deliver fully finished solutions, ready for use or integration into production lines.
Logistics and distribution
The 360º Comprehensive Service is completed with our own logistics structure that guarantees efficiency, traceability, and deadline compliance. We have 10,000 m² of warehouse space and internally manage the storage, preparation, dispatch, and distribution of finished products.
Each project has a specific logistics plan, ensuring coordination, tracking, and secure transport to its final destination. We integrate the entire chain—from design to delivery—under the same standard of control and technical responsibility.
